REGAN PREWITT, DDS
Regan Prewitt, DDS is a native of Alvin, Texas where her grandfather, father, and sister have provided family dental care for three generations. At the age of 14, she extracted her first patients tooth while on a trip to Thailand with her father. Since then, she has served patients from all walks of life in numerous countries across 3 continents. Dr. Prewitt has served patients in Dallas, Richardson and Roanoke, and her commitment to dentistry continues to extend beyond private practice. Her passion for dentistry is driven by her commitment to optimal patient care. Her desire is to create a dental home for the families of her community by providing high quality dental care in a comfortable and relaxed environment where people feel loved and cared for. Not only does Dr. Prewitt love dentistry, but she enjoys trying new recipes in the kitchen, running, camping with her family, and keeping up with her young family, which is no small task! She holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas and completed her undergraduate studies at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Dr. Prewitt is dedicated to continuing education and is a member of multiple dental professional organizations including: The American Dental Association Texas Dental Association Dallas County Dental Society
Carly Allen, DDS
Dr. Carly Allen grew up in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and went on to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Texas A&M University College of Dentistry in Dallas. She discovered her passion for dentistry while on a medical mission trip during college. That transformative experience sparked a desire to help others through compassionate, hands-on care, and it ultimately led her to pursue a career in dentistry.
As a general dentist, Dr. Allen is committed to creating positive and comfortable experiences for her patients. She understands that dental visits can bring anxiety for many, and she works to ensure each patient feels at ease and truly cared for. She provides comprehensive, individualized treatment with a warm and gentle approach.
Dr. Allen is dedicated to continual learning and professional growth, regularly participating in continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in dental care.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Drew, and their daughter, Noa. She loves being outside, traveling, and cooking. Dr. Allen is excited to be a part of Dr. Prewitt’s team and looks forward to serving her patients.

Our office is committed to our patients and their family’s dental health. We provide the Richardson community general and cosmetic dental services along with preventative and routine family hygiene care for the whole family. We have a completely digital practice, utilizing modern digital x-ray and digital panoramic x-ray equipment for diagnosis, as well as cutting edge technologies such as soft tissue lasers for crown preparations and frenectomies. Our practice also offers nitrous oxide which can be very helpful in achieving an anxiety free visit. There may be times that additional dental care is needed for your oral health.
